Arrow 9 star blocking and 7 star kicking....

Could someone explain (or have links to) these drills.....

I only know Da Sam Sing or 3 star blocking drill and I'm wondering where the other 6 "stars" are?

7 star kicking. I think I learned this once but I can't remember how it goes.

    i know 3, 5 , 7 and 9 star forearm conditioning drills.

three you already know, sam sing or downward front of forearm, upward front of forearm, downward inside forearm.

    5 = same 3 + inside forearmx2

7= all that + palm heels and wrists

9= all that and at end of 7, cantilever to inside wrists and ridge hand strikes.

There are also moe of these types of drills but these particular ones have both players doing mirror of each other, against each other.

Be easier to show than tell I guess, but there you have it.
Kung Fu is good for you.

Kung Lek, what you described is almost identical to my 3 5 7 and 9 star drills. The only difference is that we add a palm push at the end of the 9 drill making it 9 strikes and a push. I am interested in the origin of this drill as it seems to permeate a wide variety of styles. I am also interested if people practice with open or closed fists as we practice 5,7 and 9 open hand, 3 closed.
We also have a similar drill including shin strikes.

We have a bunch of conditioning drills but our one with 9 hits covers a lot of the body.

    Outer leg clash (kick)
    Inner leg clash (kick)
    High forearm
    Low forearm
    Rear hand palms
    Hammer fist onto palm
Partner hammer fist onto your palm
    Double palm to abs
    Partner double palm to abs
Step past each other, clashing hips

    Irrelevant but of interest, perhaps.
