if you care to look for a definition more astute scholars might use " regime " as previously trolled on , is a totally acceptable term for both , or either , exercise and dietary regimen.

no. I've barley done an hour training in the last 24 hrs, and I may not do more than an hour today!!

I do know what load and commitment that level takes though and if I wanted the belt, I'd put it in happily.
