Non-US distribution is beyond our control. Our foreign distributor takes care of that. And we aren't set up well for foreign subscriptions, to be honest. The best way, and I'm totally serious about this since I know some people who do this, is to find a friend in the US and trade mags. Sorry I can't be of more service.
