    Animal style! (mildly OT)

Humans sweat, we have a thumb, and we have cognitive thinking ability (or at least most of us do) ...

If you could have the natural defense of any single animal, which would it be (What animal, what defense?)?
    Why?

Ill give my answer in a bit.

Im biased so I would have to say the praying mantis.
its hunting techniques and lighting fast reflexes say it all. oh and the forearms studded with razor sharp spikes is a nice feature to boot!

If praying mantis is so good, how come males always lose their heads?

Yeah, gotta say that I like getting head a lot better than losing one.

Im not sure... ***** toads are pretty hardcore... They have spikes and shoot blood from their eyes.
I cant think of many people who wouldnt be a little shook up if I started shooting blood at them via my eye sockets.

Whatever snake (some type of cobra I think) that spits venom. I'd love to be able to hock up a big nasty one and blind somebody w/ a good loogie.

If you think they'd sh!t a brick when you squirt blood out of yer eyeballs at em, imagine what they'll do when they grab you and suddenly feel 10,000 volts!

Yeah, electric eels have the ultimate anti-grappling technique!

"It is the same in all wars; the soldiers do the fighting, the journalists do the shouting, and no true patriot ever get near a front-line trench, except on the briefest of propoganda visits...Perhaps when the next great war comes we may see that sight unprecendented in all history, a jingo with a bullet-hole in him."

First you get good, then you get fast, then you get good and fast.
