    121 Mook Jong

I found in my photo archive a wooden dummy form from 1991.

If someone of you is interested to see, just click here:

    121 Mook Jong

    or www.imageevent.com/vingdragon

Its in Adobe Reader 5 pdf format

I know there are differences between Yong Chun schools, but the core is still the same

Yeah, the core is pretty much the same. Do you have the stamping kick? I don't have your knee strike at the end. Thanks for sharing. Good form. =)

P.S. Is this also Weng Chun DM form?

    You're welcome

I have stamping kicks but in another forms. this on is just a basic level form.

there is a 2-3 missing pictures on it but it ends with a Tok Sao as usually.

this one is not a Weng Chun form.

Just curious, VD, is the core the same with the Weng Chun approach? Could you share your insights of the 2 methods? Thanks!

Nope, its not the same but simmilar.

Pak Cheong has a different core, Pang Nam has a different, Chi Sim has a different, etc... but they have the same name - Weng Chun.

    You're welcome
