I'm going to start training again after about a 2 1/2 month lay off. I've done no cardio, no bagwork, no nothing the whole time. I pretty much sat around in a depression drinking too much and smoking too many blunts.
I'm slow and lazy, I have no cardio, and my lungs are scorched. In addition, my coach is training for the Ironheart in November, and when he trains for a fight, we ALL train for a fight.
Man, I'm gonna go through Hell tonight. Everyone's gonna take advantage and whoop on me and then laugh about it
