In all seriousness, Matt Thornton has some awesome stuff. I like a great deal of the Straight Blast material, but I'm still quite fond of forms/kata training.
Thankfully, because of the SBG and people like them, many of the "TMA" practitioners out there who had never "crossed hands" with anyone are starting to realize that the lessons the forms give us must be tested and applied against a variety of resistance levels.
