be like the spirits that run over the clouds

    Andy,

When doing a few sequential skipping steps in a kung fu form I learned I was told to be "like the spirits that run over the clouds". But I don't know if that has something to do with light skill. Although I had to make sure not to have much air in my lungs so I was light when I stepped. Hmmm, this makes me wonder....

    Regards, Lau
