    Great Workout for you guys!

    Hey I just did a workout that is a modified version of one of those deck of cards workouts.
    This is what I did:
    Diamonds = Pushups
    Spades = Dumbbell Rows (Fifty Pounds with a 2 3/4 inch diameter handle)
    Clubs = Squat or Jump Squat (Body Weight)
    Hearts = One legged calf raise on the stairs

    The whole thing took about half an hour and was really brutal!
    I like how you are forced to do some sets one after another of the same exercise and with the thick handle dumbbell, that was where I had some trouble, it was excruciatingly difficult.
    I pulled through however.
    Anyway, I thought you guys might get inspired and try it for something new!

    Oh yeah I forgot to mention that Aces were one and Jacks were 11 and queens were 12 and kings were 13.
    There was also two Jokers in the deck and they were twenty situps each.

    how does the deck of card work out go? Do u acctually have a deck of cards, turn one over and do how ever many it says on the card. Or is is like piramid training? where u do 1, 2, 3, 4 etc, or 13, 12, 11, 10 etc?

    Mix the deck of cards up and shuffle them real good, then flip the top one over and go from there. Basically you will be doing odd sets and odd reps until the very end. I don't know where I got it from but it is basically to mix up the workout and challenge your body.

    That a pretty cool idea. Going to try it out later. Keeps ur body guessing!!!

    I'm trying to bring my body fat % down and working out a new, more arobic style workout to do 1-2 a week, instead of just working weights.
