    That is the measurely physiological effect but why does it happen. It wouldn't happen on its own, it has to start as an idea or concept in the mind. But where is the mind? You can't see it with a microscope so it must not is exist.
    Actually it is just your brain sending impulses to your glands. Ideas are electric signals inside the brain. One of your neurons fires, it goes through a chain reaction down to your gland, and hormones are released. There isn't anything mystical about it.

    But I'm sure the next thing you will say is, "but where did the impulse come from? What generated it? It must have been the mind, which you can't see." And I don't really have anything to say about that. Except that you should really lay off the heavy philosophy.
