    Important Kung Fu info

OK, finally replaced my Kid with the Golden Arm.

Quick Question, who played the investigator and Golden arm? What other flicks can I find either of them in?

Yea, I knew that much but didn't know the names. My ex took the VCR so I'm rebuilding my collection on DVD. Amazon.com is great.

Meng Lo (toad/Golden Arm) was my childhood hero. I've been researching all day on the web at work and this is what I got so far:

    Masked Advengers (just ordered it)
    Flag of Iron
    Avenging warriors of Shaolin
Two CHampions of Death (just ordered it)
    Invincible Shaolin
Kid with the Golden Arm (have it already)
    5 Deadly (have it already)
    brave Archer
    Crazy Shaolin Disciples
Ninja in the Deadly Trap Super Ninjas (got to get)

If I'm not mistaken Meng Lo is Jook Lum Southern Mantis. He trained it in Hong Kong.

    Hey Buby, what's up?

I haven't forgotten about getting together and I'd be honored if you'd share some of your inside info on Jik Bo. Maybe get some dinner afterwards. I have a company Christmas party on Fri. and plan on heading into Chinatown a bit early if you're in the hood.

I think you're right about the Mantis. I've always liked the way that guy moved.

Better than Ebay is www.half.com. I get 99.999% of my kung fu movies there.

I do half and overstocked or whatever..

All are good sources (ebay ends up being ~10/movie from a reputible seller).

Anytime bro, jus give me a holla! Friday sounds great.

Meng LO plays a Southern Mantis guy in Northern vs Southern Shaolin. Some of the training methods in the movie are pretty close to some of the methods we have in Yau Kung Mun(roller bar and what not). All in all pretty good movie.

    Take care,
    Buby

Looks like I'm going to head in on Fri. after the office party. Want me to shoot you a private message?
    ....

Was that you that gave me the internal video after that fight? If it was, sorry I didn't spend more time to chat. Sure you could understand.
