Low carb "energy drink"? Or what's the point drinking flavoured water with stimulants? After all, you get the energy from the carbs?

    I like 0% milk, personally.

I'd look into the taurine, guarana and caffeine contents. How much of that are those amounts compared to e.g. red bull and coffee? I can't talk being a heavy coffee drinker, but anyway.

ok, I drink this stuff before/during every workout. It comes in a two serving can and I drink one serving before the workout and then cut the other serving w/2x water.

My real wonder is wether the creatine amount is legit or not. If it is than this would be the cheapest source of creatine out there at $2 a can.

I drink 2 cups of coffee in the AM but usually none after that. I also do not drink coke/mt dew or anything else w/ caffeine and only occasionally do I eat chocolate. So, I don't think my total caffeine intake is terribly high.

I was just wondering how you guys felt this compared to some of the other energy drinks out there....not counting Red Bull.

and, as an aside, this stuff also tastes pretty good w/ gin or vodka.

50 mg of creatine is nothin' Oso. That's just enough for them to be able to put it on the label. You'd get more from a hamburger. Since the usual dosage is 5 grams per day, which is 5000 mg, I'd say you're getting ripped off. A 500 gram tub of creatine powder only costs about $12.

    Agreed.

Plus, since it's already liquid wouldn't it have all changed to creatinine and be unusable anyway? Same reason creatine serum doesn't work.

    Guarana 50 mg = Caffine
Those that are the most sucessful are also the biggest failures. The difference between them and the rest of the failures is they keep getting up over and over again, until they finally succeed.

I hate it when they do this...

Notice that there are two servings per can. So your supposed to open the can, drink half and save the rest for tomorow???!!

Just to make the nutritional into look good

    Oso

I gave this drink a go today. Good taste, and I had a good kung fu workout. My Saturday training is from 11:00 am until... This is the time my energy level peaks anyway, so I felt great today! My school is preparing for Chinese New Year Celebrations, at my ripe old age, it was a nice feeling to blast my forms out today. I`d say it is better than Red Bull.

I realllllllllly hate aspartame/splenda and such. nothing that sweet can be good for you. I think it will only be time before we hear about it being a carcinogen.

Right now, for me, it's a toss up betweening ingesting the sugar and caffeine and getting my workout in or not.

I used to get really really bad migraines from artificial sweeteners, but lately it really hasnt bothered me. The grossly high sugar content was actually making my stomach hurt, hence the switch.
