I haven't read it but I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on it. When you get around to reading it that is.

    LOL, **** you, haha.

    Authors: Shou-Yu Liang, Wen-Ching Wu.

And Chief Fox, I did read it, almost everything, I just havent been practicing like I wanted to. It's a really good book though, with lots of good information. If you want to learn Qigong or know more about it, this is the right book to buy. On amazon, you can ahead and view contents which will help you understand a little better of whats it about.

If you haven't really practiced the content, how do you know it's the book to buy?

Like I said, I read it all. I guess I dont know the benefits you'll get and in how long, but it has a whole lot of good info for everyone interesting in Qigong.

You're 16 and you've trained a "few months". You should be careful what you recommend, as you have no basis for comparison. I'm not saying that this book is not good. I am saying that you should actually try this stuff and tell us your experiences with the practice.

In case anyone is interested, we have posted many articles that are excerpts from Qigong Empowerment on Grandmaster Shou-Yu Liang's website:

    Undercut by Amazon again...

We carry it too but at list price. My suspicion is that Amazon makes more and GM Liang makes less, plus sales do support the forum here, but that's probably not a convincing argument for you to purchase from MartialArtsMart instead, not at that saving.

Hi Gene, sorry, my post is not meant to create competition with MAM. I fully support MAM and encourage everyone to do the same. MAM carries several more books and videos by Grandmaster Liang and Helen Liang that are not available elsewhere and is only place I believe I'll always find what I'm looking for. We frequently refer our students abroad to visit MAM for our publications not sold by Amazon.

I corrected my previous link to a more appropriate page.
