if its the street fighter 2 scene where he dresses up as chun li, then its from CITY HUNTER. based off the popular japanese naime of the same name.

Yup, Liu is right -- the movie is indeed City Hunter. It was a fairly popular anime series and manga title in the late 80's in Japan. That is Gary Daniels he is fighting in the "Street Fighter" clips. Definitely one of Jackie's weaker movies, although the appearances of Joey Wong and Chingmy Yau help a little, but not enough to save the movie. I think the director (Wong Jing) was trying to make a real-life version of anime, but the movie comes off as too corny and pretty uncharacteristic even for Jackie. Also, the production standards were sub-par for Jackie.

I quite like City Hunter, especially the bit with Ken Lo as a gay terrorist LOL. I think some of the problem is a lot of the humour is VERY chinese and really doesn't work well for western audiences. The fights with Gary Daniels and Richard Norton are pretty cool, and admit it, the Game of Death fight IS pretty funny. Also Chingamy Yau is HOT and so is the girl he's sent to find
