The Chaap Choy book contains the list of most of the forms practiced by the WHF clan. The moves are broken down into the kuen po, but if I have to tell you that, the kuen po will do you no good. You must know the names of the techniques used in the style for it to help. It is not always so simple to understand. Certainly not enough to learn the entire sets from. But if you know what he moves are the kuen po can be a valuable asset. The book by Lam Wing Kit (SanDong TongLong) uses a lot of the same kuen po but the directional turns are expressed clearly. Here are the hands sets just for reference. There are other forms than those listed in the book that are taught from Wong Hon Fun as well.

The Forms in the Chaap Choy Book in order:
    1. SupSei Lo
    2. Bung Bo
    3. Sup Bat Sao
    4. daw Gong
    5.Chaap Choy
    6. Baak Yuen Chut Dong
    7. Bak Yuen Tau Tao
    8. Dai ga Sik
    9. Siu Ga sik
    10. Dai Fan Che
    11. Siu Faan Che
    12. Muy Fa Lok
    13 Muy Fa Kuen
    14. Muy Fa Sao
    15. Yat Lo Jak Yiu
    16. Yee Lo Jak Yiu
    17. saam Lo Jak Yiu
    18. Hak Fu Gaw Cha
    19. Joy Lo Han
    20. Se Lo Bun Da
    21. Fei Ngan Jeung
    22. Lin Wan Gam Tao
    23. Yau Ling Jeung
    24. Tong Long Chut Dong
    25. Tong Long Tau Tao
    26. Lan Jeet Kuen

The rest are weapons sets. Staff, dahn dao, seung dao, Dai dao etc.
Tony Chuy has the Chinese and english translation on his site. you can do more research there:

Thank you Shifu Albright for putting the forms up. I am going to try and get the kuen po's translated, there are less than a hand full of the forms that I do not have.

These were all books at one point so you can check for them when they pop up now and again. Also since many of the same techniques are used throughout the books, you can use some books to help translate the kuen po in Chaap Choy. The Fei Ngan Jeung book has the principles explored a bit. Good luck!
