remember when I boxed w/ that Mexican guy a while back? Running (boxing) 3/1 with him inspired me to try it and I stuck with it for a few months.

now, when I hit a machine, I usually just do 1 up/1 down for either 24 min or 30 min. When I do 24, my goal is to hit 3 miles....methinks I just need to face the facts that I'm not a 17 year old HS cross country runner anymore....


FD, yes, I usually spurt for at least 3 minutes...it's that TCMA semen retention thing doncha know...
