I gotta start posting regularly again. I have been on a different kick for the past few months... Like I said before, the gym wants me to get down to 205, and coincidentally, the day job is having a biggest loser contest - so far my team is in second place.
over the past 5 weeks, I've dropped 17 pounds. I have won the pushup and crunch challenges overall (71 pushups in a minute and 92 crunches). I've been walking 4 miles per day and have been still lifting heavy, but lighter than before. my diet has mainly consisted of salmon, grilled chicken salad, some form or rice or bread, etc. - the same stuff I normally eat. anything unhealty I exercise portion control with. I've been doing some jogging and will be hitting that harder in the coming weeks. Matter of factly, I am running a 5k next week.

worked with teammates / students for about 90 mins. it was kinda cool, because while we were training an indian guy cam in and started doing yoga. while he was in there a chinese guy came in - and he started doing a form. I talked to him about it and he said he studied chen taiji in china while he was in college.
