    I hate losing time, d@mmit. Anyway, the past two weeks I have been doing pretty much the same - running 2 - 4 miles and lifting. My pullups have been increasing though ( bodhitree!) I can get 10 with no problem now. I have been doing 30 - 60 of them in sets of 10 (3 sets of 10 pull ups and 3 sets of 10 chins)

    dayum. being weak sucks. I dunno how all of you guys have spent your entire lives this way.

    All this running is taking it's toll. I haven't lost anything on most of my lifts, but I can't bench 300 or over anymore, which sucks arse. Gotta beef up the lifting.
