    it's the crack...it's making me weaker, but I can't leave it alone. I backed off heavy lifting a few months back with the weight loss stuff. It will be back.

    more of the same the past two weeks - lotsa running. kicked the bench up to 250, but nothing significant anywhere else.

    the 300 workout - final level.

    that thing is pretty insane. took me about 24 minutes to finish.

    25 pullups
    50 deadlifts x 135lbs
    50 pushups
    50 box jumps
    50 wipers x 135 lbs
    50 kettlebell (dumbell) clean and presses x 35lbs - 50 on each arm...
    25 pullups


    jogged 2 miles.

    Don't even go there !!

    There are a few versions out there, heck one can make their own so that it is done with available equipment.
    Done right, this workout takes out more ass than liposuction !

    okay... I am still doing cardio, but I am bringing the heavy lifting back. I miss it entirely too much. I have also entered two more contests at the gym - march madness and beach body. beach body doesn't actually start until next month, I just registered early. March madness is basically a contest to see who can take the most group classes in a month. Consequently, I am doing like 3 - 4 classes per day in addition to lifting, so I am working out at least 3 hours per day.

    ab lab

    group power

    step circuit

    step circuit and ab lab are pretty self explanatory. Group power is a high rep weight training class. We did squats with light weight (I had like 30lbs on my back) for 5 mins straight. Everything is very high rep. I was actually kind of impressed with the selection of exercises. We did the typical curls, shoulder resses, dips, etc. but we also did the arnold press, squats, stiff legged deads, barbell rows and the clean and press among other stuff.
