    Thanks. The 300 workout I do is the one which was published in men's health

    25 Pull-ups
    50 Deadlifts x 135lbs
    50 Push-ups
    50 Box Jumps – 24in box
    50 Floor Wipers x 135lbs
    50 Kettlebell Clean and Press x 36lbs
    25 Pull-ups

    There is also a 500 workout I do which is mainly bodyweight exercises. We actually have a crossfit gym here in town. I have been meaning to go check them out.

    Yeah, that's the crossfit one. It looks like a monster.
    What's your best time?
    I'm plannign on doing that sometime in the summer. I'd also like to start doing Fight Gone Bad once a month or something. Maybe make a San Da Gone Awful workout based on their template.
