    tsuppari, 185 lb bag x 5 pushes

    the above were done in a superset for 5 sets.

    next:

    throwing drills, 75lb bag

    tai sabakitachiai into a crash pad

    tire flip / tsuppari

    work out was a tad light tonight. KOed someone at work with a sumo slap and my palm is a tad swollen.

    bench press 135 x 1 x 8, 225 x 1 x 5, 275 x 4 x 3

    bench press (slow: TUT 3 seconds) 225 x 3 x 5

    incline bench press (slow: TUT 3 seconds) 135 x 1 x 8

    incline bench press 185 x 2 x 5, 205 x 3 x 4

    lower pec cable lift 22.5 x 3 x 10

    shiko (sumo leg training and impact conditioning) 100 reps

    yeah, love it. it's got weight classes at amateur level, so I won't be wrestling guys who severely outweigh me. it's fast paced, exciting - I'm loving it so far.

    repeat for 20 mins
