thai roundhouse and switch kick - 10
sumo tachiai, 185lb bag x 10
tsuppari, 185 lb bag x 5 pushes
the above were done in a superset for 5 sets.
next:
throwing drills, 75lb bag
tai sabakitachiai into a crash pad
tire flip / tsuppari
