    Had my 14 year old work me for this work out. He did the same exercises, but different poundages . For the circuit, he did the exact same thing I did. I didn't think her could jump that high.

    But when I do this I go to the base of my neck, then repeat - almost like i'm doing a lat pulldown behind my neck

    I like those; have done some with a bo or broomstick. Never thought of busting out the thera-band. Gracias.
