Cheung Lai Cheun and Lam Yeu Gwai each gave one form to the other to include in their style. In Pak Mei, it is Lin Jau Lin Que, sometimes called Lung Ying Mor Que.

I believe Dragon has a form called Lung Ying Mor Que, but I don't know if it is the same thing.

Pak Mei gave Loong Ying a version of our Gau Bo Twi, but it is called something else.

The rest of the similarities are much more subtle, but built on different foundations.

Also, the traded forms are done with the new parent's foundations, not the donors...

Ying Jow Nim Kui in Bak Mei is similar or equivilant to Lung Ying Mo Kui in Lung Ying.
One section of Sup Ji in Bak Mei is similarly executed as Lung Ying Soy Kui in Lung Ying.
In Terms of Techniques virtually 90%-98% are similar or the same only name and way the technique is executed is different.

    Example:

Lam Da in Lung Ying is Bui Choi in Bak Mei
Mo Kui in Lung Ying is Sok Sau in Pak Mei
Kow PeK is same in both
Soy kui is the same in both
Bui Gim is the same in both

    Stances
Bic Bo in Lung Ying is Jik Bo in Bak Mei
Zig-zag step in Lung Ying is tiger step in Bak Mei

These are but a few examples. The two styles are similar but yet distinct in execution.
