    Wrist Flexiability

    Hi all, can anyone suggest some good ways to increase the flexiability in my wriosts for such movements as punch block and forms like su-lim-tao (spelling?!)?????

    Hi cRoMiKaZiE,

    Believe it or not the forms give you the key with the Huen Sau movements. Practice that alot. You can also perfrom Huen Sau while in contact with the dummy arms by circling around the arm while retaining contact. Other than that there are several wrist strecthes you can do. However, I find the Huen to be the best as it is directly related to Wing Chun.
