Just got back from observing Sifu Cottrell's beginners and intermediate Wing Chun classes tonight. I must say I was impressed with the amount of time he took explaining the classes to me who was just an observer. I was really impressed with the fact that he pairs up a beginner with an advanced student.

I liked what I saw so much that I signed up tonight :) For those in attendence tonight I was the bearded observer.

Congrats, have a blast at your new kwoon...But remember, don't just train, make sure understand what you are doing and why you are doing it.....Repitition and muscle memory!!
