    I don't remember a TV cartoon on him but GREEN ARROW was the shiznit.

    Oso,

    I remember Green Arrow. DC Comics. I enjoyed the artwork when they portrayed him as a much older man, a seasoned warrior, very much like the archer in Musa. I also enjoyed the short DC comic, "The Human Target." It usually came as a bonus story to the main feature.
