Neigong/Nei kung help

I am looking for some good resources to start neigong training. This is a powerful type of qigong which employs the use of both "yang" qi and "yin" qi. Does anyone know where I should look (i.e. good book)?

a good one that i like is "The Way of Energy"... it's easy to understand and the stuff really does get your energy going. give it a shot.
