    this program is THE **** ! i've been doing the Workout of the Day (WOD) for the past couple months now and i've definitely noticed an improvement in strength (physical and mental) and conditioning. forget all the other routines out there, this is the one for you! check it out:

    right in the middle of the page. each date gets it's own workout. Usually they seem to call them after women's names.

    I've never tried them, they seem to random and not individualized enough for me. I'd rather choose my own workout. Still, it is good for ideas. The good part is that if you do follow their workout, you can compare your results to others in the forum.

    you've been living in chicago too long, iron.

    crossfit has been covered time and again. the general opinion? it's good ****. not perfect, but it's about as good as you can get while still working for as large an audience as possible.
