Anyone care to give some info on her?

    Very good.

Studied Yang's Taijiquan with Fu Zhongwen
Cha quan with Madame Wang Jurong (and sword)
She is one of the only ones that was asked to demonstrate a sword routine in China back right after she retired from competition. while she was performing, they were saying things like "This is what you are being scored against..."

She doesn't suffer fools well. she also does not teach details until a person proves they deserve the extra time.

I beleive that she lived in Knoxville for a while and my teacher had the honor of meeting her once. He spoke highly of her skills.

He Weiqi was on the 1974 White House tour

Last year, we did a series commemorating the 30th anniversary of the historic White House tour. It ran through every issue of that year, except for our Shaolin special.
