just curious if any of you use conditioning/healing herb in your practice, and if so, how?

I use it as part of my iron palm training, which is an important and some might argue necessary supplement to my bagua training, but I'm not sure what else it would be used for. Could you explain?

I use dit da jow in my practice (Taiji and Bagua). I usually apply it during and after heavy bag practice and work with partners so that I do not bruise.
