Well, I pulled a muscle so the Qi Quest is on hold for a few days. I was planning on starting some new exercises after I got back from Japan but it will have to wait a week or two.

The Zhang Zhuan will be difficult since I have a loweer back problem I've been trying to get corrected. I plan on giving it a shot anyhow.

Other than that I've got TaiCh Bob's Taoist Shake. I'll have to go back through the posts to see what else was suggested. Don't remember anything else. The body awareness and Qi Ball between the hands aren't amounting to much right now. Maybe after I feel my Qi flowing I'll be able to do the Qi Ball.
