I think if I have this log, it will help me track inconsistencies in my workouts and identify complications that I am having staying on track. This is for my own benefit, but if anyone has tips or ideas for a busy family guy trying to climb the corporate ladder of the Federal Government please feel free to interject advise. I still consider myself a beginner, so I am open to suggestions from all. This is also my first day on the patch...when I train hard for a couple of months nonstop, my cardio was still real good when I smoked, but I really need to quit...so here goes day one. Any encouragement from ex-smokers would be helpful, though I feel confident in my quitting plan.

Lat Pulls
Seated Row
Inverted Sit-ups
Reps of 12, 10, 8, 6 maxing out a 6 then dropping down for a final 12 at the end of last set for a real burn.
Afternoon Kung Fu:
Basics-conditioning, stances, footwork, flexibility, short combinations
