free standing handstand
walking on your hands (feet in the above your waist)
-backwards from the wall
-free standing forwards and backwards
headspring
Kip (up)
Then:
headspring from handstand at wall.
build to diving headspring like in the routine.
This might be something. Meanwhile conditioning lightly your head and neck (flexability/strengthening).
