In Futsan and King Mui Hung Sing the move from Sei Ping Ma to Ding Ji Ma typically involves the BACK foot, so there would be no step forwards into Ding Ji Ma. Also, if I'm doing Biu Jong from Sei Ping Ma on someone I'll typically be shoulder to shoulder with them, so why step forwards? Also again, I typically use Biu Jong as a throw, so if I moved forwards I'd end up tripping myself on their legs.

I'm sorry Ben I meant snaping into your bow from your horse while doing the biu jung.

As far as debating tecknique on this forum I agree with you as long as we don't digress into something that's not on the Vids on thread.

So far the topic of coversation stems from the franks Sup Gee, I don't see why Fu pow would be against that. Other wise doesn't this thread become a silent movie??

Haha, because a photocamera and a video camera are not the same! This has happened to some friends of mine too. A picture you can turn 90 degrees but your tv set might be slightly more difficult. Classic mistake

The other half of the lion did the Ping Jiang form, he just didn't want to keep the pants on and stand out. The three people in the videos did a demonstration together and the guy you're commenting on was leading, so the guy doing Ping Jiang didn't want to stand out against him.

And yeah, it's just some different Choy Lee Fut motions he threw together.
