    hey fu jow,

Nice form. especially since you said you are a beginner.

I thought i recognized that park, those houses are from the show Full House. that park is not far from the park i teach choy lee fut at. if you don't know me my name is frank and i am a student of dino salvatera of the Hung Sing school in sf's sunset district.

If i may offer a suggestion.......and this is only my observation, ........loosen up a little more. you are already a big strong cat, there's no need in choy lee fut to use so much physical power. you are already strong, speed is more important now.

but other than that, you performed that well for only being a clf guy for 2 years.

are you sure you've only been doing this for 2 years?

hey, nice to meet you frank. im kenny. im trying to keep it all together, but when i use alot of power in a form, i run out of steam before its half done, and if i try doing it fast then my stances fall apart. i think youre right, i should stop thinking and just relax.yah, itll be 2 years in april.and thanks for the advice. also the compliment. which park do you teach at anyway?

    Man, that's horrible.

i can't lie. i'm al little ****ed about that video clip of me. with as many tapes out there i'm on, the one that pops up is the one where i dropped my weapon for the very first time in my life.

I feel i need to explain first, i had just got off of a 12 hour graveyard shift on my feet all night, and helping get that celebration going i was exhausted. I was on my way to warm up when my sifu sticks this staff in my hand and said to go perform. at first i contested because i wasn't ready, i was wiped out. It all happened so fast i had no time to think.

i've never practiced with a rat tail staff before, and that's why all through the set i kept my weapon, but as i was ending it, the heavy end hit me in the leg and startled me and my dam stick popped out my hand. I was ****ed though. so when it was my turn again, i used another stick, and did pretty dam good becuase i had my temper behind that one.

i had to redo my set because i never lost a weapon ever.

and when i stuck it the second time, i was like EFF YEAH!!!!!!!

but, im mad now, because with all the tapes out there im on, they had to post the worst nightmare of my life. I got me doing double axes, sup gee kou da, and others but someone wanted to embarrass me with that one. If i was asked, i would have turned that clip down.

I'll figure out how to post up some of my video's then. so i can represent better. that clip was totally unfair, and man i'm mad.........

so i'll also post one of a sifu in georgia doing our cheung kuen......i think you'd like that one.

so to the haters, go ahead and clown, but you will soon see that that was my worst performance ever. not to mention a few years ago i wasn't as stong in my legs as i am now. remember, i was paralyzed from the waist down and even at that time of the clip was still in recovery stages. some people would give up but not me. so clown if you must. but i'm telliing you that's by far not the best i can do.

i am truly ashamed that clip exists.
