Fu Jow Pai is from Hak Fu Moon, Mi-Chung I and Hung Ga (not CLF).
The 1st Generation teacher Wong Bil Hung was a Hung Ga practioner initailly and was Later taught Hak Fu Moon and Mi-Chung I (Lost Track). which he then taught it to his nephew Si-Tai-Gung Wong Moon Toy which then to Si-Gung Ng Wai Hong.
I stand corrected. It was a long time ago.
