    qi xing tang lang

    hello
I am just looking for more infos on a specific form called "tang lang chui".
The only thing I was able to find so far are these two links

    http://www.plumpub.com/sales/kungfu/collbk_Mantis1.htm
    and
    http://www.kungfumaster.com.hk/new-p...ion-page09.htm

for - I believe - the same book. Is there anybody out there practising this form ? Is there a footage or a clip or anything else which shows the form ?
thanks in advance for your help.

IF it's the same one, Master Shi of Pong Lai taught this out a bit over a year ago to those of us that braved the hurricane.

It's a fairly long form of moderate complexity. It was taught to us as a Qixing form but with some modifications for the 'Pong Lai' feel.

I like it a lot, it's a good length to do interval cardio training with and has some great applications.

Does anyone have this book? Would it be a decent reference for this form?
"George never did wake up. And, even all that talking didn't make death any easier...at least not for us. Maybe, in the end, all you can really hope for is that your last thought is a nice one...even if it's just about the taste of a nice cold beer."

"If you find the right balance between desperation and fear you can make people believe anything"

"Is enlightenment even possible? Or, did I drive by it like a missed exit?"

    It's simpler than you think.

    I could be completely wrong"
