yes we will be grappling we will be doing in a controled matter we be doing kicking punching and take downs then when it goes to the floor we will grapple but when we frist start we take slow until everone gets to know each other .the space is limited so anyone who wants to join must contact me it will be a 10.$ matt fee because we all cheaping in to rent the space
