    Murder of a good man--shameful

I have the unfortunate opportunity to inform anyone here that may have known a Mr. Alan Leung who was murdered yesterday in his place of business.

I am personally sadened because he was friends with my sifu who introduced me to him. I used to look forward to running into him when i'm in chinatown. Now i will only remember him when i go there. that sucks bigtime. He was really a nice person, regardless of being the president of such and such tong.

Mr Alan Leung was the brother of White Crane sifu Leung Kwan.
There is talk of a possible tong war now.

anyways i've attached a newsbrief on the murder of this respected man.

    How much does that suck.

The Chinese still do things their "own way", even in America. Being a member of the martial arts community as well as taiwanese american who is not ignorant of such "situations" this event has affected me as well.

hopefully one day things will change.

    it really does suck.

but i will be going to the funeral with my sifu soon.

I just hope chinatown doesn't go to war. that wouldn't be safe.

the crazy thing is you know there will be hella f.b.i. taking pictures.

i'll make sure to smile nice for the camera.
