    Question New Gear recommendations

    Since my kung fu bag was stolen I have to replace some gear.

    I need new san shou boxing gloves. Is there some official/unofficial brand used by san da promoters for competition? Also I think at 185 I'd use 14oz gloves in competition but I've been training with 16oz, training heaver is better right?

    Also new Shin guards (?with or without instep?)and Head gear, any recommendations?
