    Ernie,

    Say it ain't so...............

I can't believe what you're trying to say here.
    I'm shocked.
    I'm stunned.
    I'm floored.

Are you seriously trying to tell me that it actually rains in California.

Sup ernie. A little rain may actually be a good thing for me now as it forces me to rest my right shoulder. I separated it last week when rolling with an MMA guy. Still, it'll be good if it doesn't rain at Sifu's tomorrow. I'll be back to train my non injured side.

**** this video is taking so long to dl. Please tell me the WC guy wins and there's something I might be able to learn from this.

    Edit:
Just saw it. A lot of the WC guy's punches seemed to lack power. He also looked very gassed towards the end while the MT guy could still rip on him with kicks at full strength. I'll give him credit though for going the distance without getting knocked out.

    Heaven forbid.
Seriously though, when you speak of forms, then watch this "warrior" guy in the video you can clearly see that his Chum Kiu form is very weak, and that reflects into the fighting.

is the clip of the guy doing forms accelerated in 2x speed? He looks like he's spasming.

this clip reminds me of a wing chun guy in japan fighting against i believe a kyokushinkai. the wing chun guy did alot of no power chain punches then karate guy side kick him in the stomach. bang down had to be carried off.

one thing that really stands out in this clip is "DUDE, WHERE IS YOUR FOOTWORK, DUDE!!!"

Please evade those nasty muay thai low kicks or equally he could have raise up his leg in defense.
