I think the worst way to die is by being burried alive in a coffin that is filled with fire ants while your friends watch you being eaten alive via a web cam.
I saw that on CSI once but good old Grissom found the guy because he recognized what kind of fire ant is was. COOL!

the worst way to die in my opinion is to die knowing that you have done nothing you set out to acomplish in life, to die saying i wish i had done this or that and to end it on a dissapointing note, that or watching your ***** getting chopped of and bleeding to deaththey're both pretty bad ways to go

I can't think of the extreme cruel ways very well, but I have always been horrified of drowning, I mean to just not being able to breath, it's a pretty scary thing.
