Today on the news they announced that they arrested someone that was here illegally, as his visa expired 6 months ago. Upon investigation, they said he had ties to the bin laden network, but didn't say if he may have had anything to do with the WTC tragedy.

nah, scratch that. I just checked another stations web site to get more info on it, and they said that the guy had boxcutters in his bag and postcards from NYC. That and the expired visa is why he was arrested. This article didn't say anything about having ties to bin laden.

I said it before, I am a little wary taking public transportation where I live.

They caught a guy in Pikeville, KY who had trained at the infamous FL flight training school AND who'd recently been to NY and FL. Also arrested a whole group up north from me, also in KY.

There are only a few differences between Canada and the United States.

1. we don't carry small arms
2. we are generally polite
3. we only have one tenth the population with relatively the same lifestyle.
4.we share the longest unprotected border in the free world.

other than that, we have pretty much everything else the states has except a republican government.

Why would terrorists attack anywhere?
The attack on the world trade centre was an attack on the free world, not just on the united states.
The free world keeps it's headquarters in new york with the world trade organization and the U.N.
