Now here's a thread after my own heart...

I'm just going to start with our archived e-zine film reviews.

    Sword Hotties:

    Uma Thurman

    Milla Jojovich

    Karen Shepard

    Zhang Ziyi

Michelle Yeoh (no sword pics )

Cheng Pei Pei (the original sword babe)

    Other Cold Arm hotties:

    Jennifer Garner (do sai count?)

Lucy Liu (does a keibo count?)

    Gun hotties:

Charlize Theron (no sword but an honorable mention as an Academy Award winner)

Cameron, Demi, Drew and Lucy (no swords and that's why the movies sucked )

Ahhh, that was fun. After a quick cold shower, I'm going back to work...

    That is a D&D site,

    I couldn't find better pictures.

Actually Bergman gave it the push in America. She was a dancer in real life. She handled the choreography well. Chinese heroines figured prominently in Chinese cinema and in Opera. In history, the Yang family for example, had female warriors.

    Azumi

Azumi is Aya Ueto. I just caught the the original (2003) by Ryuhei Kitamura (director of Versus - and Versus 2 is in production!) There's an Azumi 2, which was done in 2005. I must check that out. Azumi is an orphan assassin surrounded by ninjas, ronin and samurai, all with really bad hair and way too much thigh exposed. It's pure popcorn and Azumi wears a cute little keikogi top that's white and purple, shows off her glorious legs, and looks spectacular when splattered with blood. A definite sword hottie!

    Seven Swords & Charlie

I wasn't a huge fan of Seven Swords, but I know others like it. I'm not a big fan of the main Seven Swords hottie, Charlie Yeung Choi-Nei either. I think the first time I noticed her was in Jackie's New Police Story, and I thought she was just trying to be Maggie Cheung.

Ahhh, Maggie. Forgive me. You're my ultimate sword hottie and I should have mentioned you much earlier on this thread.

Without trying I always seem to be going against you, well here I go again. Could you please put a brigitte lin sword picture up there , i keep searching amazon, and i can't find any freaking pictures of her with all sites blocked here at my work. And that is another topic I think I will bring up but for now i will say to you that maggie cheung is a hot sword woman, in hero, brigittle lin is consistent and never needs great makeup or outstanding wardrobe to make her look er best. When b lin wakes up in the morning she doesn...

I love maggie cheung, just think she is hotter in modern movies like supercop and iceman cometh. But even as great as she looked in hero, no match for my woman. I figure she will be over 50 when i am getting up to 30, you watchme, i'll get her(if hieronim doesn't first).

Totally agree with you! The only problem being that, while I felt the same in 2003, if you're living in Japan you seriously can't get away from Aya Ueto - she's like, EVERYWHERE. Imagine any product, and she'll be on the poster for it.
