    KFO's Hsing-i communtiy

Who here practices Hsing-i? How long have you practiced? What style do you practice (Shanxi, Hebei, or Honan)? Are any of you combining Hsing-i with another art in your training?

    Thanks in advance.

I've practiced Hsing I for six years now, Hebei style. I also train some Shanxi and Honan forms. But I only use the Honan forms (Chicken, Dragon, Monkey, Swallow, Horse and Big Split)to train for power and flexibility, and not for technical purposes.

    Hi,
I'm just recently resumed my training in Xing Yi (Hebei style) after a two year lay off.
As far as Neijia, I have also dabbled in Tai Ji and Ba Gua, although currently I concentrate mostly on Xing Yi.
It looks like I'll be learning some Shanxi forms/applications as well, which should be interesting.

I also train in Kempo Karate (10 yrs) although at this point I just practice it so I don't forget it...
