I drink energy drinks so often that they don't phase me anymore, so I dunno how effective it is, but it tastes pretty good. I've had two of the three flavors.

raw fruit and veg is a superior way to get lasting energy and a boost.
energy drinks are as temporary as a cup of coffee.
it's all crap really, so be careful how much processed crap you put in you and go ahead with whole foods and raw foods.
