hey I just joined a gym the other day and I got a full body check. Right now I'm at 17% BF. I'd like to be more like 10%. So I was wondering what would be the quickest and best way for me to do that. So far I've only been lifting not much cardio. I think my stamina is pretty low overall. Anyone have any advice. Also any estimated time as to how long something like that might take?
