    Fire, Wind, Water (Kan Lii)?

    Hi Guys,

Just want to ask if anyone practises this with in there Taiji or Chi Kung or do you just use normal breathing cycles?

What experiences you may have had good or bad, how long did it take you to get it etc?

    Regards

Mostly regular breathing these days. I used to do reverse breathing as a regular practice all day long but stopped because my yang energy seemed to decrease. I might pick up the reverse breathing again soon but only with my taiji practice.

I haven't done the Kan Lii to my knowledge at least not under that name. Hope that helps.

Thanks, i do normal abdominal breathing usually, but was reading through my manuscripts and talk of the fire water and wind paths and i looked through some old Dr Yang books and Mantak Chai that i have and its pretty involved. I just want to know if anyone has attained them at all during practise and if they have gotten anything from it!

Plus looking for more information on the wind type, if you know of any info on it please share it!?

    thanks mate
