Knife Training, anyone seen this?

This looks pretty cool for knife training. Expensive though.

There was a post about this a little while back. One guy said that it wasnt really very effective, that the shock wasnt intense enough unless on bare skin at the max setting or something along those lines.

Yeah, I sort of figured you'd have to use it at the max setting. Hell, it wouldn't even be difficult to build one with maybe 10-15kv instead of the 7500 for this one. And it definitely wouldn't cost $500.
